So these are the final render of our rasamas exhibition booth

For phase 1, we have to make a concept design, exhibition profile, and layout plan

The brand that i use for Booth design is Rasamas

RasaMas Restaurants has been around since 1996 with its first restaurant in Bukit Jambul, Penang under the brand name Deli Ayamas, later changed to Rasa Gourmet Restaurants. The first Malaysian restaurant concept to sell Roasters with a combination of Asian and Western sides dishes. The name was changed to Rasa Ayamas Restaurants in 2003 to strengthen its association with its holding company - Ayamas Food Corporation Sdn Bhd. To ride on the goodwill of the trusted Ayamas brand.
The first Rasa Ayamas flagship restaurant commenced operations in May 2003 at Sunway Pyramid. It offers full table service and is the place where the famous and delicious Ayamas Roasters and a variety of chicken meals can be experienced and savoured.
Its menu range covers a wide variety, including Ayamas Roasters and Chicken Rice, Western Meals, noodles, light meals, kid’s meal and signature entrees such as Four Seasons. All the food served is certified Halal and freshly prepared daily.

“Less is more” is phrase that tell us that simplicity can lead us to good design. There are also phrase “less but better” and “doing more with less”. In design you can achieved the “less is more” by making things simple but elegant, using tasteful color combination;not throwing any color but choose the right color theme, not to many decoration, etc. It is simply clean, fine finishing, and classy.
In my own understanding, “More is less” is that something that is too complex or too much is not good for us. Even having too much food or too much money can also be bad, right? :D So, exaggerating things is not good. In design, if you put to many colors, too many typeface, too many information, it can be less attractive, and your main info can’t be delivered easily to the audience.
So what we need is quality not quantity.

The Modulor is an anthropometric scale of proportions devised by the Swiss-born French architect Le Corbusier (1887–1965). (wikipedia) It is about proportions, scale, ratio. Corbusier believes that proportion is based on human body. The purpose of the modulor is to maintain the human scale everywhere.
There are two incompatible scales; the metric system and imperial system.
Example of metric system: meter, kilometer, centimeter, millimeter.
Example of imperial system: inches, miles, feet
